Kick starting Q1

We’re off to a Flying Start

The first quarter of the year has started with great momentum, marked by growth across our team, our projects, and our ambitions for the months ahead. From welcoming new colleagues to expanding our operational footprint, Q1 has been all about building strong foundations for the future.

We’re delighted to have welcomed three new team members who are already making a real impact across the business. Our new Project Manager brings valuable experience and structure to an increasingly busy project pipeline, ensuring delivery excellence as we take on larger and more complex works. Alongside this, our Sales Assistant has strengthened our commercial function, supporting client relationships and helping us respond efficiently to growing demand. Completing the trio, our Operations Coordinator has enhanced day-to-day efficiency, improving coordination across teams and supporting smooth project execution. Together, these roles reflect our commitment to investing in people as we scale.

To support this continued growth, Tekta is preparing to move premises later in the quarter. We will be relocating to a new office and warehouse space three times the size of our current facility. This expansion will significantly increase our capacity for storage, logistics, and collaboration, enabling us to better serve clients and support a growing workforce.

Q1 has also seen us begin an important new partnership with Rowan’s Hospice. Supporting such a vital local charity is something we are incredibly proud of, and we’ve already started setting new fundraising challenges for the team. Giving back remains a core part of Tekta’s values, and we’re looking forward to raising both funds and awareness throughout the year.

On the project front, we’ve been actively working on larger-scale data centre projects including in the Nordics, reinforcing our position in this fast-growing and technically demanding sector. At the same time, we continue to expand our work within pharmaceutical and waste/chemical environments, applying our expertise to highly regulated and critical facilities.

As we continue to dive headfirst into Q1, the momentum from last year has us confidence and excitement for what lies ahead. With a growing team, expanded capabilities, and meaningful partnerships, Tekta is well positioned for a successful year.
