Lead times vary by product. Our speed doors are typically available in up to 8 weeks, while all other industrial doors are typically available in up to 12 weeks.

How long does an industrial door installation typically take?

A typical industrial door installation takes two days. This includes one day for the safe removal of the existing door and one day for installation of the new door, ensuring the process is completed efficiently and to a high standard.

We provide a full documentation pack with our industrial doors, including warranties, operating and maintenance manuals, and a commissioning certificate, ensuring clients have all the information needed for ongoing use, care and compliance.

We carry out a pre-site survey to identify site-specific risks and requirements, followed by comprehensive RAMS covering hazards and safe working methods. All operatives are briefed on these procedures, ensuring full compliance and a safe, controlled installation process.

Does TEKTA offer supply-only options?

Yes. TEKTA offers supply-only, supply-and-install, and supervised installation options. With a supervised install, a TEKTA Install Supervisor is on site to oversee the installation process.

Do I get discounted repairs with a TEKTA servicing contract?

Yes. If you are signed up to TEKTA’s Lifelong Agreement contract, your repair discount applies throughout your contract period.
