Project Managers are an integral part of the company – responsible for the tricky balancing act of running multiple projects, ensuring an excellent client experience along the way, while ensuring that we fully achieve the project deliverables on time and within budget. Our projects are negotiated by our experienced sales team before being handed over to a Project Manager who is then supported through the project lifecycle by a dedicated Projects Coordinator.
Our Project Managers are key to delivering first-class projects which exceed our customers’ expectations and to ensure that happens they’re backed up by our Head of Operations, Operations Manager & a Project Coordinator, together with cross-departmental support from project initiation to successful completion.
They proactively lead, plan, and coordinate project timelines, budgets and scope, effectively monitoring and presenting project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients or wider team colleagues, managing internal and external expectations in line with progress. Ensure that all changes are agreed, documented and communicated within the project lifecycle, notifying stakeholders of potential impacts to scope, budgets or timelines.
This role is based at our head office in Waterlooville, Hampshire, with regular visits to client sites.
Competitive salary negotiable dependant on experience + performance related bonus giving the opportunity to earn an extra 10% of salary
