PROJECT MANAGER
Requirement: Experienced Project Manager based at our Waterlooville (Hampshire) office.
Our Project Managers are an integral part of the company – responsible for the tricky balancing act of running multiple projects, ensuring an excellent experience for multiple clients – whilst delivering the projects on budget. The projects are priced and negotiated by the Sales team and then handed over with the assistance of the Sales Co-Ordinator, at this handover point the Project Manager becomes responsible for delivering a successful project. You’re not on your own though – back up is provided by the Projects Director, Operations Manager & Project Co-Ordinator as well as cross-department to give you the best chance of success.
Package: £36K+ (Negotiable depending on experience), Company Vehicle, Laptop & Phone. Performance related bonus scheme.
Other Benefits: 22 Days Holiday (+Bank Holidays) increasing by 1 day/year of service to maximum of 25 Days. We also run performance-based incentive schemes.
