Job Vacancy – Major Projects Manager

Are you an experienced construction Project Manager?  Looking for a new role or a change at a growing, customer-centric company?

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We are recruiting for a Project Manager to lead our larger projects (typically £100K+), from start to finish in accordance with our D4 Methodology.  As Project Manager you will be key to delivering first-class projects which exceed our customers’ expectations. You will be backed up by our Head of Operations, Design Engineer, and an Installation Manager, together with cross-departmental support from project initiation to successful completion.

You will need to proactively lead, plan, and coordinate project timelines, budgets and scope, effectively monitoring and presenting project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients or wider team colleagues, managing internal and external expectations in line with progress.  Ensure that all changes are agreed, documented and communicated within the project lifecycle, notifying stakeholders of potential impacts to scope, budgets or timelines.

The successful applicant will need relevant experience in a similar multi-project, multi-client environment, and a successful track-record of delivering projects on scope, budget and to their clients satisfaction.

This role involves regular travel to client sites and is based at our head office in Waterlooville, Hampshire although we will also consider remote applications located in the Leicester area.

Relevant H&S qualifications such as SMSTS or NEBOSH would be an advantage but not essential.
