ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The Head of Projects is responsible for ensuring the delivery and installation phase of our projects is a key part of our competitive advantage, leading to repeat customers. The role has management responsibility & oversight of the department, working closely with the Operations department for labour resource and Commercial department for technical, design & procurement. The roles objectives are to increase customer satisfaction & company profitability, whilst maintaining high standards of HSQE performance.
The HoP is expected to have strong project management skills, able to roll up their sleeves and get involved as well as mentor others.
This role involves regular travel to client sites and is based at our head office in Waterlooville, Hampshire.
Relevant H&S qualifications such as SMSTS or NEBOSH would be an advantage.
