The Rapidor Freeze is a high-performance dual-curtain freezer door engineered for frequent use in demanding sub-zero environments. Designed to maintain temperature integrity, it features a 250mm heated airlock between the curtains, creating an insulated barrier that prevents ice build-up and enables reliable operation at temperatures as low as -30°C. With opening speeds of up to 1.8m/s, the Rapidor Freeze improves productivity while reducing energy loss and operating costs. Its impact-resistant, self-repairing zipper-edge curtain automatically resets after impact, minimising downtime and maintenance. Ideal for coldrooms, blast chillers, chilled logistics facilities, food factories and pharmaceutical environments.
