Tekta and Armashield merge

For those who know us well, you’re probably aware that Armashield Limited has traded under two names, Armashield and Tekta. While the two brands did focus on different doorway solutions, the lines have become increasingly blurred as Armashield has moved more into the industrial door space. To avoid any possible confusion amongst our customers and suppliers, we’ve made the decision to merge Armashield fully into the Tekta family, becoming Tekta UK Limited and trading under the Tekta brand only.
Here’s a breakdown of what to expect:
What won’t change
Most importantly for you, all existing contracts, agreements and trading history will continue unaffected. This includes important details such as our company number, VAT number, bank details and so on.
The current offerings from Tekta will remain totally unchanged. This means you can still expect the same exceptional door and loading bay solutions, and the same unbeaten service team.
If you currently know us as Armashield, you can find the same products and services, just with a new name.
What will change
- Our current trading name (Armashield Limited) will change to Tekta UK Limited (company number remains as 09162989).
- We will be moving to a new office a short distance from our current office to facilitate our continued growth. Our Current premises will be retained for production, storage and training. The address of the new office is at the end of this post.
- Tekta will continue to provide the Fire and Security products currently under the Armashield name. However, there may be changes in the way we offer these products, for example some brandnames may have changed.
- The Armashield website and social media will be redirected to tektauk.com
