Tekta Joins the Cold Chain Federation

We’re really excited to share some big news. Tekta have officially joined the Cold Chain Federation (CCF)!

For anyone who doesn’t know, the CCF is the voice of the UK’s temperature-controlled storage and distribution industry. They bring together businesses that keep the nation’s chilled and frozen supply chain moving. From logistics providers and warehouse operators to suppliers like us.

At Tekta, we’ve spent almost 25 years designing, installing, and maintaining high-performance door systems for controlled environments. From cold stores and food factories to pharmaceutical sites and distribution centres, we know how important it is to keep temperatures stable and operations running smoothly. So joining the Cold Chain Federation just made perfect sense.

Why We Joined

Being part of the CCF means we’re now connected with a whole network of people and companies who share the same focus: keeping products safe, fresh, and efficiently stored. It’s a great opportunity to learn from others, share what we know, and stay up to date with the latest industry standards and innovations.

We’re also passionate about helping businesses cut downtime and save energy. As part of the Federation, we’ll have more chances to collaborate on sustainability goals, explore new technologies, and support initiatives that make the cold chain stronger and greener.

What This Means for Our Customers

For our customers, this move is another sign of our ongoing commitment to quality and reliability. You can trust that we’re staying closely connected with the wider cold chain community, keeping ahead of changes in regulation, safety, and environmental performance.

Our doors might not always be the first thing people think about when it comes to cold storage, but they play a huge part in keeping environments efficient, safe, and compliant. Joining the CCF helps us keep improving in those areas, so we can continue delivering the best possible service.

We’re proud to stand alongside so many respected names in the cold chain industry and we’re looking forward to working together to make a difference.

Stay tuned for more updates as we get involved with the Cold Chain Federation!
