The Traffidor Pass range of hinged doors are designed for general personnel use through temperature & hygiene controlled facilities. They offer a cost-effective combination of insulation, durability & versatility. Available with a wide selection of ironmongery options and hygienic finishes, the doors can be configured to suit many applications, making them a versatile choice for many industries and environments.

The door leaves & frames are constructed from galvanised steel with high-performance insulation core materials. Construction can be upgraded to Grade 304 or 316 stainless steel to suit demanding corrosion or hygiene requirements. Painted finishes are available in any standard RAL colour, upgradeable to high micron coatings suitable for hygienic areas.

Standard ironmongery available includes robust stainless steel hinges, lever handles, vision panels and high quality perimeter seals. Additional ironmongery options include panic escape bars and pressure handles.

Fire Rated Options.

The Traffidor Pass HDF has been extensively fire-tested to British and European standards. Depending on the model, it can withstand fire up to 120 minutes. A wide range of fire ratings are available including EI certification to provide fire insulation & integrity.
