The Traffidor Pass range of hinged doors are designed for personnel use in temperature & hygiene controlled facilities. This advanced hinged door range offers an unparalleled combination of features for a wide range of applications. These include air-tightness, water-tightness, insulation, fire rating, acoustic ratings, security ratings and smoke sealing.
The door leaves & frames are constructed from galvanised steel with high-performance insulation core materials. Construction can be upgraded to Grade 304 or 316 stainless steel to suit demanding corrosion or hygiene requirements. Painted finishes are available in any standard RAL colour.
Standard ironmongery available includes robust stainless steel hinges, lever handles, vision panels and high quality perimeter seals. Additional ironmongery options include panic escape bars and pressure handles.
Fire Rated Options.
The Traffidor Pass has been extensively fire-tested to British and European standards. Depending on the model, it can withstand fire up to 120 minutes. A wide range of fire ratings are available including EI certification to provide fire insulation & integrity.
