Superior hinged cleanroom doors.

The Sanidor Inox range of hinged cleanroom doors are purpose-built to provide exceptional cleanliness and performance in clean environments, such as laboratories, pharmaceutical factories, and medical environments.

The doors have a unique monobloc construction, where the door leaf is fully welded and injected with a high performance insulating foam. This forms an exceptionally stable and well-insulated door. The fully welded construction also results in no visible seams of gaps in the door leaf for outstanding hygiene performance. Flush vision panels are available to complete the package and ensure total suitability for cleanroom environments.

More than just hinged doors.

The Sanidor Inox offers more than just reliable performance for your facility, each specific door is built to your requirements and is therefore suited to the environment, wall thickness and traffic flow.

The frame is typically constructed from profiled stainless steel and can also be welded for a seamless finish. Each leaf is hung on robust stainless steel hinges, and arrives with high quality perimeter seals. The doors are available in single or double configurations. The leaves and frames can be finished in brushed stainless steel, white antimicrobial powder coat finish, or various paint colours.

Additionally, standard manual locks and electronic access control ironmongery can be included, as well as an automatic opener and stainless steel kick plates to help prevent damage to the door leaves.
