Prodok Loading Houses offer a resilient and reliable dock loading pod, which is designed to form a stand-alone docking system attached to the building.

They are an excellent energy-saving option, helping to minimise cold bridging and air leakage by situating the dock leveller assembly outside the main building. They also allow the installation of a dock leveller where it is not possible to recess it into the existing warehouse floor, by locating it outside the building within a dedicated loading house.

Prodok Loading Houses are armoured with a durable steel frame, and a non-insulated cladding system. They also arrive with an assortment of extras, making them adaptable to many use cases and applications, such as distribution centres, cold stores and warehouses.

A wide range of constructions are available, incorporating insulation, lighting and all necessary dock equipment for each bespoke installation. Many associated loading bay parts are also on offer, such as dock buffers, wheel guides; traffic lights; dock lights; pit seals; and guardrails to help improve safety and reduce damage.
