The Challenge

They were looking for a reliable service partner to manage the doorways on their busy warehouses. The brief was for a reliable and responsive door company who could offer regular service visits as well as fast response times for unexpected door issues. The doors on site included roller shutters and sectional overhead doors, all of varying ages and conditions.

The Solution

We were appointed to cover the site with an annual LifeLong maintenance contract as well as covering for emergency call outs and improvement works.

The Results

We have since been keeping all the doors in a safe and reliable working condition to help Matthew Clark run their operations in a productive manner. They have been very pleased with the service offered, commenting very positively on response times, service quality, and on the expertise of our engineers.  Additionally we have commenced servicing at other Matthew Clark sites through recommendation.
