The Brief

Moy Park’s Grantham site has 18 roller shutters, 8 sectional overheads, 8 speed doors, 5 dock levellers, 4 fire shutters and 1 fire curtain. With varied door requirements and the need for speed, Moy Park were left disappointed by their previous provider’s slow response times and high repair costs.  

The Solution

Tekta were recommended to Moy Park and swiftly became their servicing partner in late 2024. After just a year, Tekta have significantly reduced the site’s need for call outs, which initially averaged at 3-4 a month. This was a result of a thorough initial service visit and detailed door and loading bay examinations. Tekta have also completed smaller project works at the site including the installation of a speed door in a newly built wall, and loading bay replacement.
