The Brief
Vitacress had been let down a number of times by their previous provider with response rates to callouts being incredibly slow. This quickly became a key consideration when looking for a replacement partner. With 17 Speed doors, 8 sectional overheads, 1 roller shutter and 3 loading bays, it’s critical their partner is proactive to repairs and replacements in order to avoid unnecessary downtime.
The Solution
Vitacress entrusted Tekta with their annual industrial door and loading bay servicing at their Runcton Nursery Site in Chichester. With a dedicated Account Manager and committed Operations team, the partnership began with an in-person kick off meeting, followed promptly by their first service visit the following week. The team will return annually to ensure the doors are in tip-top condition, alongside responding to call outs within SLA.
