Requirement: Small Works Coordinator based at our Waterlooville (Hampshire) office.

Our Service Department is the beating heart of the company – dealing with a huge volume of Customer requirements, from planned maintenance, reactive callouts and remedial work, through to minor replacement door projects.  If you thrive on pressure and have the ability to work methodically, quickly and accurately – combined with a desire to delight customers then this may be just the role for you!  Working closely with our Customer Account Managers, Field Engineers and Operations Team you will be responsible for co-ordinating the day to day tasks and jobs within the department, including booking in labour, customer communication, escalation of issues, and assigning tasks as relevant.

Key responsibilities:

  • Make customers happy!
  • Support customers by meeting tight SLA’s on repairs and warranty jobs
  • Work with engineers, suppliers and customers to uncover root causes of issues and recommend the correct solutions
  • Purchasing parts required for repair works.
  • Help with covering other roles and handover jobs including quoting of parts when necessary


Package: From £26K+ (Negotiable depending on experience & working hours).

Other Benefits: 22 Days Holiday (+Bank Holidays) increasing by 1 day/year of service to maximum of 25 Days.  We also run performance-based incentive & team reward schemes.
