POSITION OUTLINE:
The Project Coordinator is tasked with collaborating with colleagues, suppliers and customers, to successfully execute projects at all levels while maximising profitability and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining effective customer communication and delivering quality results, all while ensuring that project administration is handled with the utmost precision. Responsibilities encompass: Order Processing, Design Coordination, Procurement, Installation Readiness, and Snagging / Revisits.
Key Roles:
- Project Planning & Monitoring – progression of orders from sales
- Design & Procurement – work with colleagues & suppliers to complete design & procure materials
- Commercial Management – oversee procurement and invoicing schedule
- Installation Preparation – ensure deliveries, plant & labour are coordinated with high levels of communication
- Post-project Service – monitor post-installation communication, snagging & handover to ensure a successful completion for all parties
Package: Circa £30,000 (depending on experience and working hours).
Other Benefits: 22 Days Holiday (+Bank Holidays) increasing by 1 day/year of service to maximum of 25 Days. We also run performance-based incentive & team reward schemes.
