Job Vacancy: Customer Service Coordinator


The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for ensuring clients requirements are dealt with promptly and to their satisfaction, in order to maximise customer retention and spend.  The customers are split regionally, however the Customer Service team also need to work closely together to provide cover and ensure all requests are dealt with quickly.  Key processes include: quoting, order processing, ordering materials, scheduling labour, customer communication, reporting, and invoicing.

Key Roles:

  • Co-ordinate maintenance, callouts & remedial jobs to be completed within agreed SLA’s, working with engineers, operations & sales.
  • Schedule labour required including for planned maintenance visits, call outs and remedial works and approve/process engineer job cards.
  • Quote repair works and cost up callouts.
  • Complete service certificates and maintain accurate asset and site records for clients.
  • Administration of all jobs including completing invoicing of all completed works
