Job Vacancy: Accounts Receivable Manager


The Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for managing the accounts receivable ledger as well as managing and improving upon the processes impacting accounts receivable

Key Roles:

  • Credit Control. Actively ensuring customer debt is paid on time by obtaining payment confirmations. Chasing any overdue debt and proactively actioning on steps required to close overdue debt. Effective communication within Finance and the business on any issues.
  • Customer Invoices. Raising customer invoices and applications for projects team. Ensuring accurate and timely invoices.
  • Customer invoice applications – tracking, raising and ensuring timelines are met on any contractor jobs which require applications for works complete
  • Integrating with the projects team to ensure Gross Profit stays on track and any risks are identified quickly
  • Managing the Accounts mailbox (alongside Finance Manager)
